No. You never log into Make.com or configure anything. Just provide your API keys and we’ll take care of everything behind the scenes.
All plans start with Zendesk → Jira → Slack. Advanced plans add Airtable or Google Sheets, and the Pro plan includes a weekly email summary via Gmail.
Yes. We support custom filters (e.g. by tag, priority, group, or status). Let us know what your escalation criteria are — we’ll build it into your workflow.
Very. ZenSync uses a “Bring Your Own Key” model — we never store your credentials outside Make.com’s secure environment. All integrations use official API methods with encrypted connections.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel anytime — your service will remain active through the end of your billing cycle. After that, your automation will stop, and we’ll retain it for 30 days in case you want to come back.
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. At that point, advanced features (like Google Sheets, Airtable logging, or email reports) will stop, but your core automation will continue based on your selected plan.

You’ll see Slack alerts for escalated tickets and, if applicable, entries in your Airtable/Google Sheet. Weekly summary emails are also sent if you’re on the Pro plan. And we monitor all automations for consistency.
