How to Share Your Airtable Base
If your ZenSync plan includes logging escalated tickets into Airtable, we’ll need access to a base where we can create new records. This article explains how to securely grant that access.
Note: This feature is available on Advanced and Pro plans only.
Step-by-Step: How to Share Your Airtable Base
- Create or Choose a Base
- You can create a new base or select one you already use for support/dev tracking
- We recommend a table with columns like:
Date, Zendesk Ticket ID, Subject, Priority, Jira Link, Status

Airtable Setup Tips
- Use one table for escalations, or organize by project/workflow as needed
- We recommend freezing the first row for headers and avoiding formula-driven fields in columns we write to
- Let us know if you’d like to log additional ticket fields — we’ll customize the mapping for you
Data Security
ZenSync will only access the base you share with us. We never browse or edit other content in your Airtable workspace.
