Refund Policy

No Refunds
ZenSync offers digital automation services on a subscription basis. All payments made to ZenSync are non-refundable. This includes:
- Monthly and annual subscription fees
- Renewal payments
- Partial month or unused time on an active subscription
- Downgrades or cancellations made after billing
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including for unused services or accidental purchases.
Subscription Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your subscription:
- Send an email to support@zensync.co with the subject line “Cancel My Account”.
- You must submit your cancellation before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
- After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After this, access will be revoked, and your subscription will not renew.
Cancellations are effective only when confirmed in writing by our support team via email.
