Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ZenSync website or services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you (the “User”, “Customer”, or “you”) and ZenSync (“we”, “our”, or “us”), a company based in Ontario, Canada.

2. Services Provided

ZenSync provides cloud-based automation services to integrate and synchronize workflows across platforms such as Zendesk, Jira, Slack, and others. The features and functionalities of the Service may change or improve over time.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.
  

4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
  
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
  
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
  

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees, billed on a monthly or annual basis.
  
• Allow automatic renewal unless canceled.
  
• Accept charges processed via our payment provider (e.g., Stripe).
  

Prices are subject to change, but we will notify you in advance of any increases.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
  
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the Service.
  
• Upload viruses or malicious code.
  

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and trademarks on the site are owned by or licensed to ZenSync. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Your data remains your property. We only use it to provide and improve the Service in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Data and Integrations

By using integrations (e.g., Zendesk, Jira), you:

• Authorize ZenSync to access and process relevant data as needed to provide the Service.
  
• Acknowledge that you are subject to the terms and policies of each third-party platform you connect.
  

We are not responsible for any third-party services or data loss due to those services.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via email support@zensync.co. Upon cancellation:

• Your automation workflow will continue to run until the end of your billing period.
  
• No refunds will be issued unless required by law.
  

We may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice for violations of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ZenSync is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  
• That data will not be lost or compromised.
  

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenSync and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Pembroke, Ontario.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after these changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
